As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Accounting team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by creating a culture of continuous improvement with our accounting systems, processes, and guidelines.
As an Accounts Payable Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by ensuring a high-level of accuracy with every entry, reconciliation, and project from you and your team. You will report directly to the Assistant Controller and oversee a team of AP specialists.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Review payables report to identify which invoices need to be paid and recommend to Controller
- Process weekly payment runs for checks, ACH, and virtual cards
- Maintain vendor master file, which includes setting up new vendors, ensuring vendor records are complete and accurate, and ensuring the most preferable payments methods are used
- Review vendor statement reconciliations performed by AP Specialists
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and unusual items as needed
- Issue customer refunds twice weekly including processing the sales credit notes
- Monitor the invoice upload error log in Medius and ensure compliance with AP approval hierarchies

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel, and experience with Salesforce and/or Financial Force preferred
- Keen eye for detail, and a driven, motivated, self-starter mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience
