As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inside Sales team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by connecting with dozens of customers daily and laying the foundation for a five-star experience.
As a Confirmation Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing teams that handle appointment review and dispatching of our Design Consultants, with the goal of qualifying appointments and preventing cancelation. You will report directly to our Director of Inside Sales and work closely with various operational teams across the organization.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Oversee the daily management of all scheduled appointments for your respective Division
- Take ownership over training and qualifying new Confirmation Team Leads
- Analyze call volumes, lead counts, department needs, and business demand to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of issued leads
- Cultivate relationships with regional leadership to improve and sustain lead quality, with the ability to adjust based on local performance
- Forecast expansion and anticipate potential hurdles preventing the company from hitting lead targets
- Develop and implement processes to improve outputs of the entire team
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role managing 20+ people, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
