Corporate Recruiter candidates:
- Have at least 6 months of recruiting or staffing experience. Commensurate education with a concentration in Human Resources will be considered in lieu of professional experience.
- Are highly motivated individuals who do whatever it takes to get the job done

- Have a track record of “hitting the ground running” and the ability to learn quickly
- Have the tools to both sell and evaluate candidates based on skill and culture
- Understand that accurate, precise, and thorough communication are a must
