As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll work closely with several departments within the company to ensure open positions are filled with the highest quality candidates in a timely manner. You’ll be equipped with all the resources and technology needed to show your candidates why they should join us on our journey to becoming Americas’ most admired home improvement brand.
Our Corporate Recruiters:
- Skillfully advertise for open positions based on available data and the changing job market.
- Collect, review, phone screen, and submit the best candidates for various positions.
- Establish professional working relationships with hiring managers from front-line to CEO.
- Take ownership of and ultimately fill open requisitions with qualified hires by due dates.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other team members both inside and outside the Recruiting department.

Corporate Recruiter candidates:
- Have at least two years’ experience in recruiting (either corporate or agency).
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business or commensurate experience.
- Thrive in a fast paced, ever changing work environment.
- Are able to communicate accurately and thoroughly at all times.
- Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and high attention to detail.
