As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Training & Leadership Development team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by building, scaling, and continually improving a world-class training organization that allows us to scale with a continuous pipeline of strong leaders.
As a Curriculum Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by overseeing West Shore Home’s curriculum development process. You will report directly to our VP of Training and work closely with managers and directors within the Training team, key stakeholders for the curriculum, and the Communications team.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Design robust and effective curriculum plans for all departments within the organization, while ensuring stylistic alignment across all developed curricula
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine course outcomes
- Ensure learning and performance objectives align with all competencies expected of the role
- Create assets for online, classroom, and virtual instructor-led training and blended learning delivery
- Develop and implement an LMS within the organization to support the creation of self-guided courses
What It Takes to Succeed

- Demonstrated experience applying a curriculum design/development process
- Proven experience designing multiple instructional strategies, mediums, and methods of presentation
- Excellent content development, presentation, and stylistic presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
