As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Customer Service teams play a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by ensuring total satisfaction on complete projects for dozens of customers daily.
As a Quality Control Specialist at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by delivering a consistent 5-star experience for all West Shore Home customers. You will report directly to Regional Customer Service Manager and work closely with local branches and the rest of the Customer Service department.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Contact customers following successfully completed installations to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure our customers have all necessary contact information for the Customer Service department to address any current or future service needs
- Identify and document issues by opening a case in Salesforce and accurately entering detailed information, and when necessary, request supporting pictures, videos and documentation from customer
- Keep General Manager & Regional Customer Service Manager apprised of all escalated customers
