KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Employee will enter FinancialForce cash receipts entries from lending companies. Troubleshoots various deposits related issues with company employees and customers. Participate in cash posting related clean-up and monitoring projects.

As a successful West Shore Home Treasury Analyst- I, you will be able to maintain accuracy in daily cash receipts entries, take pride in your work, ensure every entry is completed to the best of your ability. Regularly evaluate various deposits related issues and find ways to better improve processes. Help others’ and always be a successful team member. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Non-Exempt role with standard hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm
MINIMUM ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to explain complex transactions simply
- Strong computer skills with all MS Office products
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Financial Force preferred
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards
- Comfortable learning/using new software programs
