As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by providing guidance and support to equip our teams for success and manage the employee life cycle.
As an HRIS Manager at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership of accurate HR Technology data and supporting all HRIS client users with accurate setup of their functional areas. You will report directly to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with all HR functions and other I.T. and Business Systems teams.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Maintain knowledge of future HRIS application features and gather business requirements to map system capabilities
- Perform configuration changes in accordance with application procedures and deploy all application changes in a timely and quality manner
- Develop and deploy system upgrades and proactively identify areas of opportunity for improvement
- Serve as an escalation point for process design and system configuration support while regularly auditing accurate user access and visibility in the system
- Lead a smooth integration process for newly acquired business and support all internal functions of the business with their project needs
- Design and support training programs for various levels of users and serve as subject matter expert for system security and reporting
- Collaborate with IT and Information Security to ensure all data is maintained and monitored with proper security controls
What It Takes to Succeed

- General understanding of HR and Payroll technology functionality and business process configuration
- Experience designing, building, and implementing HR business solutions using information technology
- Experience with Paycom preferred, as well as the Company’s current HRIS provider
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, using data to make decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree required, HR concentration preferred
