As our nationwide growth accelerates, our IT Security team at our Corporate HQ in Mechanicsburg, PA plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by aggressively owning the implementation and maintenance of strategic technical initiatives surrounding scalability, security, and compliance.
As an Information Security Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by assisting with initiatives, integrations, and other systems and security projects as assigned. You will report directly to our Chief Information Security Officer and work closely with various teams within the IT department.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Identify trends and repeat issues to develop and document root cause resolutions
- Ensure all systems are operating at peak efficiency and security
- Manage and maintain various security applications utilized by West Shore Home to ensure that potential vulnerabilities at attacks are acted upon quickly
- Overtime is likely in this position, may be required to address security events or issues that occur outside of normal business hours

- High school diploma, required; degree related to cyber security, preferred
