As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Inventory Management team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by taking an aggressive approach to ensure each warehouse is filled with all materials needed to perform installations properly and on time.
As an Inventory Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by assisting our network of warehouses in maintaining a 98.5% level of inventory accuracy. You will report directly to the Inventory Manager and work closely with the entire Inventory department, Warehouse Managers, Inside Operations, and Operations Administrators.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly inventory metric reports
- Ensure warehouses complete weekly cycle counts, thoroughly investigate results, and clearly communicate with the team
- Create and maintain relationships with warehouse operations and local leadership to identify areas of opportunities to improve inventory transactions and accuracy
- Monitor inventory variance trends to spot shrinkage and potential theft

- Experience in inventory management and data analysis
- Prior experience in the construction industry preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in related field
