As a Manager of Graphic Design at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by guiding financial planning and analysis activities, managing all tools and processes related to forecasting, planning, scenario analysis and strategic financial projections. You will report directly to our Director of FP&A, oversees a team of Financial Analysts, and works closely with the Accounting department.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Ownership over the development and execution of comprehensive financial plans, forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic projections.
- Manage and lead a team of Financial Analysts, providing short and long-term financial planning and analysis activities (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
- Work closely with the Executive team to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
- Responsible for all tools and processes related to financial planning, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in forecasting, analysis and reporting.
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- minimum of 4 years of accounting and financial analysis/planning experience.
- CPA certification preferred
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Literacy and advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to work in team environment and willing to assist other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
