As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Organizational Development team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by interacting with employees throughout all departments across the company, developing those looking to take their career to the next level.
As a New Market Specialist II at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting Greenfields and new product offerings across the organization. You will report directly to our Director of New Market Opportunities and work closely with HR, Operations, and Training Departments.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members/system owners and department leaders to accomplish required tasks and provide progress updates to the Director of New Market Opportunities
- Develop Greenfield plans to facilitate all aspects of opening new locations
- Support the growth and development of new product line(s) in existing offices across the organization
- Participate in and facilitate the Brand Ambassador program and all events/training/initiatives coming out of the program

The guaranteed pay range for this position is $62,500 per year to $72,500 per year. The actual rate is based on each candidate’s skill set and will be determined by the Hiring Manager. This role is a salaried, exempt position that is not eligible for overtime pay.
