This role will oversee the paid search component of our Digital Marketing Brand. They will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work alongside the Digital Marketing team to manage paid search campaigns.
Paid Search Specialist Candidates:
- Have a four-year degree in marketing or related field
- Have 3 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns
- Are experienced in working in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, A/B testing platforms
- Possess Basic HTML experience
The Paid Search Specialist will:
- Directly manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising paid search campaigns
- Audit accounts to identify optimization opportunities
- Perform ongoing experimentation on bidding strategies, automated rules, calls to action, creative, etc.
- Develop and fine tune strategies to drive improvements to clickthrough and conversion rates
- Generate weekly KPI reports with next steps/recommendations
