As a Senior HRIS Analyst at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by supporting and maintaining the organization’s HRIS applications and modules. You will report directly to our HRIS Manager and work closely with the HRIS team.

What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Take ownership over the configuration, maintenance, provisioning, operational and ongoing administration of key Ceridian Dayforce modules, workflows, and forms
- Customize Ceridian Dayforce forms, templates, and workflows to meet West Shore Home HR functional and process needs
- Take control over system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end to end user testing, and implementation of HR system upgrades or updates
- Generate custom reports and dashboards using the Ceridian HRIS system
- Maintain system integrations to ensure seamless data flow with no interruptions to company processes
- Configure and test the Ceridian Dayforce system and related procedures to ensure they adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines
- Provide HR systems support to corporate and divisional team members, including training, configuring system access, and issue troubleshooting
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, manage escalated issues or needs, and resolves issues in a timely manner
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce system
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- Familiarity with SQL, XML, and/or PowerBI, preferred
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel including vlookup formulas, pivot tables
- 2 years experience building conditional workflows and forms in SQL and XML, strongly preferred
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is preferred; other HRIS platforms will be considered
- 3 years experience in and HRIS Analyst function
- Bachelor’s degree required, HR or technical degree preferred
